My bulb won't connect to my new router

I'm currently using a smart LED bulb from the "Premier Smart" brand and it worked great when I lived in my old house. Since then, I've moved across state lines and haven't used it in ages. I recently tried to reconnect it to my new phone with a new wifi router and unfortunately I cannot do so. I believe it may be because the bulb itself is attempting to reconnect to the old router, but I'm not sure. Even if I knew, I still have no idea how to fix it, which is why I'm here.

Does anybody have a way to reset the bulb completely to where I can connect it to my new phone? If not I understand, and I hope you guys have a good day.
