Alexa cube hdmi inputs

We have an alexa cube, sorry. The cube that turns on your tv. I have a computer,xbox,xbox one,Nintendo,ps4 Hooked up to my tv I dont have enough inputs for all so I'm using a hdmi port switch but it's not smart. So wen I go between devices it kind of defeats the purpose if I cant change the input via command. I would like to do this. Do I just buy a smart switch? Will the cube do this with a dumb switch? Pls help, thanks
