Smart dimmer switches

We just bought a new house and want to start doing some smart home stuff. The first thing I want to do is install some dimmer switches as all the lights in the house are ridiculously bright LEDs. We will be using Alexa as we have an echo dot or show in almost every room. Is there a way that I can just say “Alexa, set living room light to X%”? I feel like switches would be best so that we could physically adjust the brightness as well as using Alexa
