Hello all, I hope this is the right sub to be asking... I have a cigar hobby, and one of the items in my collection is an electric humidor. I was recommended the use of this thermometer controller, and the way of install was to push the temp probe through the drain hole. The humidor I have has a bend in the drain hole, so I am unable to fit the probe in, and the rest of the humidor is sealed to keep in the humidity. The issue I am having is that I keep my house pretty cool, and the humidor over cools itself. I am looking to have a temp sensor inside that is connected to a plug that turns on the humidor when the temp reaches a certain point. The best option I have came across was this Govee setup but this will require manual input to turn the smart plug on and off. What other options do I have to make this as hands free as possible? If the Govee setup is the only route, then I will give it a shot... TYIA!
