Smart Light Switch

I moved into a new house that has a smart switch that controls the light outside. The previous owner left no instructions on how to connect to it or anything regarding it. I tried common apps like Kasa, Google Home and HomeKit but I can’t figure out how to connect to it. Anyone know what to do in this situation?
