Trying to install this "Smart" Thermostat. Moes WiFi branded. Wiring problem.

As per title. For the life of me, I can't get it to activate the boiler. Here's existing wiring and the back of the New Thermostat. I'm right thinking it's compatible, aren't I? Or am I being a tool.

Any help appreciated
