A collection of tips to improve ones experience with the Vitruvian Trainer. Please share your own.
Usage
- For small movements where the cable throughout the execution moves little (like Calf Raises, Shrugs, Crunches etc.), the trainer might be to eager to deload, in such cases during the 3 rep calibration don't do the full ROM and do as little as possible, just enough to be recognized by the trainer. Then on the normal reps do the full ROM properly.
- "Just lift" mode, enables you to do way more movements than the included library (but at the moment you won't be able to name them for a clean history log)
"Hacks"
- If you buy an adjustable bench instead of the Vitruvian one you will be able to do more movements like incline presses, include rows and more.
