Here I am again! I do apologise, but some have asked to be kept informed of my situation.

Still waiting for my psychological assessment due to a backlog of the system (plenty of people seem to be f**ked in this area!). I have had multiple appointments with addiction counsellors, and an incredible GP appointment yesterday. For the first time I actually had a doctor LISTEN and offer genuine, sage advice. It was very refreshing.

With all that being said, things have taken a turn for the worst with my ex. There is a distinct lack of communication on her part as she won't respond to messages or calls. I still don't know when I'll see my kids again so I started legal proceedings to have that sorted and access to be set in stone. She forced my hand, so here we are.

I'm taking care of myself for the first time in a long time. It's not much but it's honest work!
