Discovered the pod a few years ago, and I listen to both STM and CIS, as well as subscribing to Patreon.

I'm in the middle of big depressive episode at the moment due to a number of reasons, and I've spent the last few days planning my suicide. Given the fact I'm writing this now means I've not gone through with it because I've been binging episodes like mad, going all the way back to the start. It's given me something to focus on; to distract myself from being inside my own head.

As it stands I've put on my big boy pants and wrestled back control of my brain for the time being. I've cleaned, done washing, ironed, showered, all the productive things that I should be doing, and the whole while I've had James and Jimmy in the background.
