Im a gay man(34) and I’ve always been shy about my penis size, and being nude. I’ve recently opened up to a straight friend (28) about my discomfort being naked around other guys, as my penis is smaller(2 inches soft, 5inches hard). I expressed my desire to be more confident being naked, and to be proud of my genitals.

It turns out, he told me he also has a smaller penis and has dealt with the same issues. Neither of us has ever talked to anyone openly about the fact we have small penises and we are shy about it.

We were drinking a bit, and while on the topic I suggested we drop our pants and compare. He agreed. We both were soft, and then talked a bit about our penis size, what we liked about our genitals, and how nervous we were in that moment being naked with another male, especially while soft.

We agreed to go to start going to a gym together, and change clothes/shower naked in front of each other, and continue to have conversations about our insecurities about our penis size, to help each other work past our issues, and be confident and proud of our bodies and our penis size.

I want to ask him to get naked together, then get hard together , and then masturbate together. Not only do I want to talk about our hang ups with our nude selves, I also want to explore if he enjoys the same types of pleasure I do, as we both have smaller penises.

Thoughts on if I’m out of line to want to do this/ask him to do this? Am I crazy for thinking that to be naked with someone with my same penis size and mutually masturbate with him will help me to gain confidence in my own penis size?

I felt so good just getting naked and talking about our shared issues. I want to explore more but don’t want to make it seem like I’m just trying to sexualize the interaction.
