Only thing that helps me is b12 supplements , alpha lipioc acid and cymbalta . When my SFN first happened I had no taste. Now I have gained it almost 100% back. The tingling comes and goes now when it was once constant

My cause was never found . They bascially gave up other than going to a rheumatologist appointment later next month. Mine started back in June and only improved or have any change after 3-4 months
