Has anyone ever sat with their legs crossed on the floor, on a couch, or any flat surface before given that you already have SFN?
If so, does sitting for a slightly long period of time such as 1-2 hrs without changing positions cause your knees to become extremely sore once you slowly try to move it?
Because I’ve been experiencing extreme sore joints on both knees and lower legs every time I change a position after sitting with crossed legs. Just wondering is this normal for everyone or is it because of SFN?
I used to never have this kind of soreness and tightness (feels like broken bones) after sitting with this posture prior to SFN.
I experience this too...and it is getting worse...sitting, standing, walking, laying down...all the time...my joints get especially stiff st night....knees, shoulders, lumbar and cervical spine, finger joints and toe joints and ankles are the worst for me!

For me...homozygous tnfrsf13b deficiency likely caused autoimmune issues which likely caused sjogrens disease which likely caused sfn....sjogrens causes painful nondenominational arthritis in joints. Think of it like a hybrid of RA and Lupus...it sucks.
