Conclusion(s):Our results have shown that agmatin a NMDA receptor antagonist has remarkable antinociceptive effects in neuropathic pain and this effect is comparable to pregabalin.

So basically they have the same effect. I quit pregabalin before one year and have been taking agmatine all that time 2x500mg in powder.from my reasearch agmatine is even better because it boost both BDNF and NGF.

With agmatine there was no lyrica withdrawals and i can say for sure for me effect od agmatine is bigger and continious. Better mood, better sleep, clear head, better pumps in gym, better erections and most important it easy pain by alot.

I was offered by neurologist also cymbalta but didn't took it becausr of horror stories about that medication.

Now on agmatine, creatine monohydrate, R-Lipoic/biotin ALCAR, NAC quercetin/bromelain, benfotiamine methylb12, methyl Folate and P5-5(sublingual), optiZinc, CoQ10 with hawthorne and vit.E, omega3, d3k2. My regime is like this: Morning on empty stomach 5grams creatine, one hour later 500/750mg agmatine, one hour later 2x100mg r-lipoic and 2x500mg ALCAR, one hour later 20minutes before lunch 600mg NAC with selenium and 400mg quercetin.

After lunch all the rest. Benfotiamine is 300mg.

Quercetin and bromelain are great as mast cell stabilizers. Also good as precaution because thiamine is histamine liberator, benfotiamine probably also but not as much as plain thiamine HCL. Also R-lipoic is mast cell stabilizer and NAC when You have normal copper.

20minutes before dinner NAC quercetin. One hour after dinner 500mg agmatine.

Before sleep passion flower melatonin IR/XR 1.5mg.

Hope this help somebody. I tried large amount of supplements and peptides, this is my final combo. Progress is huge by now taking this almost one year.

In Europe agmatine is hard to get(cannot buy it from Iherb because it's banned supstance in Europe).. I get it on piping rock site or bodyshock by GAT. 100gram packaging.
