Post Body

I am starting up my own childcare center and in order to do so I need a facility to start working on and getting up to code. All the loans Iā€™m seeing require 1-2 years of business operations but because Iā€™m just starting this the business has not been in operation. Also will I be expected to make payments on the loan immediately or is there a way to defer it 4 months until I can get the building approved for operations? Iā€™m thinking an SBA 504 loan, please give me any advice or tips on this matter!
