Hey everyone, I'm trying to see if there's a way to have a single system handle all of the following:
1)Inventory management that allows pictures of items (we have literally over a thousand items that are near indistinguishable by description alone)
2)A customer management system that handles consent forms/ID verifications AS WELL AS automated customer loyalty
3)A self check-in system that creates a queue that can be displayed on a TV (like the DMV), that ALSO can import our appointments to have them queue at the proper time
We'd looked into Clover, but their inventory system won't let us add pictures, and their customer profile management won't add forms and IDs
