How happy are you with your legal and tax guys/gals?

I'm a tax and business attorney who serves small and medium business owners, and I feel like most of my colleagues do a piss-poor job of dealing with real-life business owners. I'm curious if you fine folks have similar feelings or if you think your tax and legal guys/gals are great. Or if you haven't hired an advisor, I'd love to hear why. Is it just because you don't need advice or is it because lawyers and accountants suck?
