Ordering system for small confections shop?

I work at a small shop that sells chocolates/confections. We’re struggling with keeping up with orders. We need something that we can put details into and organize by pickup times and also maybe by item? We’re not sure what’s out there which is why I’m posting here. Anybody have any ideas?
