I’ve been asking a ton of questions here and I apologize for that but this has ben a great resource for me! I run a small lawncare business and business is slower than I’d like, but I also understand the season. I purposely started out late so that I could get a jump on next season. I’ll add that I am in Florida so it is year round here but definitely slower this time of year. I want to start acquiring clientele for when the season really starts to ramp up in the spring but I am having an awful time reaching prospective customers. I’ve tried social media but that’s useless without dumping a disproportionate amount of money into the ads. I’ve sent my kids out to deliver flyers as well. I’m thinking about going door to door but I hate door to door salesman and I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around doing that. I’m pretty reserved and I’m very honest so face to face sales is probably my weakest asset. Has anyone done this? I’m ready to swallow my pride and do it, I’m honestly just scared to death. Advice is always welcomed!!
