As a new web developer, I trusted them with handling a client’s deposit for a project, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They held my client’s payment for a whopping TWO WEEKS for a so-called "review," despite me answering every ridiculous question they threw at me. And after all that nonsense, they still denied the payment with no real explanation!

They wasted my time, left my client frustrated, and made me look totally unprofessional. To make things worse, their solution? They told me to go use another service. Seriously?!
