Hello, 31M.
Currently been working in the public sector( Law enforcement / Code Enforcement ) , grew up watching my dad do bunch of lawn work in Puerto Rico.
Now I want to keep working full time and start my small business on the weekend. Have money to invest in equipment and promotional stuff, looking to launch spring 2025 ( moving during Winter, using some months to prep ).
I also was a graphic designer and social media manager for my local church, so I already created pages and promotional stuff which helped me to save money, and social media management is something I and my fiancée can do.
Can I have tips from small business owners? In and outside the industry.
How do you guys plan, divide revenue, profit and money to reinvest? Most efficient ways to create contracts, bring new clients? I know it’ll be slow in the beginning but def I know there’s potential.
I plan to include other services as the business grow
