Small Subcontractor and we need a better way to track sales, suggestions?

I'm a manager at a small company that subcontracts with much larger companies to shore up their sales with our own products.

We've been having issues properly recording our sales and submitting correct numbers to be compensated. We get numbers reported from them every week and no access to their POS or systems beyond what we're sent, but it would be better if we had a way to have daily reporting. Maybe its not possible, but would be amazing to know when our items are sold without having to go through their system. Any suggestions would be great.
