Does anyone have any experience or advice for attracting Social Investors?

Pretty clear cut. I'm starting a business that has direct environmental and community impact, names providing thriving wages for formerly incarcerated persons. So, I'm looking to jumpstart ideally with some funding from grants and some from investors interested in making social impacts. Any advice?
