Been posting my ads on facebook and only receive hate

I have a small mobile mechanic business and i post myself mostly on facebook but i been getting a lot of hate on groups where im told my prices are too high and that im not worth the money but that comes from people that have never been my customers, my guess is that its other mobile mechanics just doing dirty business.
