Google Workspace vs Calendly and Zoom for coaching

Post Body

I know a lot of this is personal preference, but as I'm just starting out I'd like some feedback before investing in any of these.

I am in the process of launching a coaching business centered around mental wellness and personal transformation. I need clients to be able to schedule free consultations and 1 on 1 sessions, and I will be doing virtual coaching solo and group programs.

For email i am definitely going with Google Workspace as I'm more familiar with their products than I am microsoft.

So now I am debating on if I get the basic package or upgrade to the next tier. The main pro of this is using gmail, meet, and scheduling the cost is less than getting an email, calendly, and zoom subscription.

I do not have a lot of different appointment types. A paid 1 on 1 session, 2 free consultations, and a recurring live class that runs ~ 12 weeks and includes 1 on 1 sessions. Some of these will need embedded on my website, but the group class will be links sent in an email after purchase.

For context I am not any more familiar with zoom or calendly than I am with google meet or scheduler. My coach was not impressed with google workspace, but said to go with what feels most comfortable with the smallest learning curve.

Thoughts?
