I have a failed business and while I could just pack up shop and leave, I want to do right by my landlord who has been really nice and supportive, and try to find someone to take over the business.
For what it's worth, it's an indoor sports business, think like paintball.
The business isn't worth much at all, except for the equipment needed to run the game and the renovations done to build an indoor arena complete with turf, sound and lighting.
How could I "sell" this business for free and get a new owner operator in?
I am just an investor in the business and the actual operator has done a horrible job. So I do believe that the right person could give the business a fighting chance at success.
