Insurance advice/recs for gym

I’m the owner of a single person LLC that is a personal training business. I’m currently in the process of potentially leasing my own space for the first time. It will be ~800 sqft, and only enough equipment for me and a single client because I’m super specialized.
I’ve looked into the small business bundle through Hartford, but am curious if anyone has advice, lessons learned or tips about the process of getting insurance for a small business/gym.
