How does one promote and market specifically to real estate property agents?

Myself and a friend are now in the lawn mowing business. We have heaps of Labour available, but need to get lots of leads through real estate managers.
I am already working on direct marketing to homes through instant quotes which will be done by hand and door to door.
One property manager can provide leads repeatedly so I would like to target this group of people specifically, alongside other streams that we are putting in place.
