If this question seems a bit vague, it is.
For reasons I can't fully explain here, I need to help find a way for a group of about 8 statisticians to start a business. These are largely people who have gone through MS degrees in statistics, with some experience consulting, and with a few towards the end of a PhD. I feel like there should be some market for this skillset but if I am being honest our group does not seem to be doing a good job at finding it.
I am aware that there is a lot of homework to do, but at a loss as to where to start. What would you do with a group like this?
