I am 95% done with my business plan and I’m planning to get a loan from a bank. I registered and incorporated as well. This is my first time so I’m seeking advice Grants aren’t no options. I’m 45 years old so I get disqualified and I’m not yet in business so I disqualify there too… they normally ask for 12 months in business.

I have 40k in my bank account from refinancing my home. I would love to not touch it. But from what I hear banks will require I put in the same amount.

ANY advice is welcome. I’m learning. Where should I go for a loan?
