Hi all, we are a small business we live in California Los Angeles
I went through Tailorbrand for a LLC for a year now and was told by my CPA to switch the llc to a different state for lower LLC Annual fee - how would one “change the state”? Do I need to abolish the business and start a new one?
Also, how does one change from an LLC to S-Corp?
