I thought the title would catch your eye! Ok now I’m really not that upset by this as I put off but why don’t small business restaurants, coffee shops, anywhere you can eat basically post their nutritional information/ calorie content? I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a while now and I have to stop going to local places I ate at daily/weekly. Aside from that, why don’t post sodium content ect? With as many people constantly dieting/ having heath problems, you would think more small businesses had these things available without sounding like an asshat when I have to ask the teenage cashier what the nutritional info is only for them to get shy and say they don’t know them. And then akwardly suggest that they can go count them for me.
