HELP! I own a supermarket here in the U.K., a very successful one, but as the title states my landlord intends to terminate my lease at the end of its term in July 26โ ,using a section 25 order. itโs my belief they intend to replicate my successful business in the same units. I currently have a buyer lined up that will run a mile if he hears this, Iโm trying to sell to fund my dying sonโs immunotherapy over in Germany, surely there has to be some laws to prevent this kind of greedy landlord behaviour. Any advice most greatfully received
