Landlord intends to issue a section 25 to terminate my lease in 2 years time

HELP! I own a supermarket here in the U.K., a very successful one, but as the title states my landlord intends to terminate my lease at the end of its term in July 26โ€ ,using a section 25 order. itโ€™s my belief they intend to replicate my successful business in the same units. I currently have a buyer lined up that will run a mile if he hears this, Iโ€™m trying to sell to fund my dying sonโ€™s immunotherapy over in Germany, surely there has to be some laws to prevent this kind of greedy landlord behaviour. Any advice most greatfully received
