Why is my business showing up on random websites I haven't heard of?

I start a small service business last year. Today I noticed it's listed on "canada247.info" and "scrapmonster.com". It lists my home address on canada247 which I don't really want public. Why is my business listed on these? Are businesses with google profiles automatically uploaded to some sites, or did a person sit down, find my business, and spend the time uploading the information?
Is there any risk of having it on these websites?
