I've been working as an SLP for over four years now, and have been considering a career change for about the last year. My current workplace has really gotten rough lately, especially this past week, and I just can't seem to find a good opportunity in this field in my current area. I'm wondering if this is a good time to get serious about a career transition to either project management or data analytics. I'm considering starting one of the Google Professional Certificate programs in one of these areas.
Has anyone had success transitioning to a new career with only your SLP degree and work experience, plus an online certificate? It almost feels too good to be true, and I don't want to bother if it is...
