I’m not sure if it’s me.. but… can I ask you all a question. As an SLP, would any of you become offended if your fellow colleague manages and creates your timetables (your caseload) on your behalf?
I’ve been working as an SLP for 5 years now but have recently started at a new company. I have a lovely colleague that I work with and we share a caseload. On my first week, she organised my timetable for me (which was really helpful) but I have been working at the company for a month and on a weekly basis now (coming to a month), she has been managing my caseload, timetabling which kids I should see.
I don’t know what to say as I don’t want to offend her. But I am just tempted to say that I can manage my own timetable!
