Does anyone know how to fix the problem where the screen freezes but you can still hear the audio of what you do? Like moving or jumping or using the vac.

I don't have this issue in other games but I see it is an issue in them. I saw a couple unanswered steam forums question about this for SR but, keyword unanswered.
After just a few minutes of playing I get the freeze. Anyone know why and how to fix it?
