0.5 release candidates

Graham has done some awesome work in the last weeks and published release candidates for version 0.5 (the Bitcointalk readers already know it).
Its major change respect to 0.4 is the recognition of OP_RETURN transactions, which allows to use Slimcoin for non-currency uses like crowdfunding/asset tokens and data storage.
There are binaries for Windows and Mac OS and a source tarball. The code is considered ready for real-world testing, but there is also a testnet to try out the new features.
