Night wakings like clockwork

HELP. 5 month old puts herself to sleep at night but wakes every 2 1/2 hours like CLOCKWORK and needs help nursing or pacifier to get herself back to sleep. She puts herself to sleep immediately at night but never in the middle of the night. I’m too exhausted to let her cry for hours and hours in the middle of the night so I just feed her. But this isn’t working! I just need some help or maybe someone to just understand how frustrating this is. I breastfeed. Help 😭
