So a bit of background, once our daughter turned one, her daycare switched her to one nap a day. At first we were unsure if this would work for her, but on the weekends we noticed that she started to shorten her two naps down to only 30 minutes each. We decided to test out the one nap and it worked great - she slept almost two hours. This was working until about a week ago when she only napped 50 minutes. We notice a big difference with how tired she is in the afternoon if she takes anything less than an hour. She has now been consistently taking 50 minute naps and will not take a second one if we try on the weekends. Is there anything we can do to help her naps? Thanks!
