Post Body

My son is on the following schedule: 6am wake up Activities all morning, whether itโ€™s at daycare or on the weekends 11:30am lunch 12:00-12:15ish put down for nap 1.5 hour nap (at daycare only) 7:30pm bed time

At daycare, he naps every day without issue. At home, he outright refuses. He will throw all of his things out of his crib. He will jump and yell. Get naked. Sing. Play. All the things except napping. If we finally say f it and take him out of the crib and go do something, he will fall asleep in the car around 3 or 4pm from exhaustion.

Weโ€™re at a loss and so frustrated. If we keep him up, he falls asleep later in the day and screws up his bedtime. If we try and put him down, we have to go in his room 20x.

Any tips or advice?
