So I’m kind of a masochist and an Achievement Hunter (those are probably related). And honestly just a dumbass. Defect and Watcher only sort of clicked for me and I feel like their heart runs were more luck than anything else. IC and Silent I seem to have a grip on but I’ve now infuriatingly been stuck on IC A4 for a couple weeks. Does anything get better with this? Should I try to learn someone else to climb to A20? I really try to even get those synergizing combos (rupture/combustion) but dude…just…I feel so inept. Like maybe this game isn’t really for me.

Edit - lol i continue to be king dumbass. I don’t understand how I can both have TRASH fucking decks based out of bad rng in act 1, obvs lose, and then when I find something clicking I also…fucking lose.

Thanks to those that tried to help, idk what to say really. I am just fucking stupid. I don’t get it. I try to make strategic decisions and good card choices, but it feels like the thought process into this game is like a fucking 4X game or something. Like I know this seems to be it’s own genre, but I’ve managed to, idk, get all the achievements on Fromsoft’s Soulsborne games, beat super hard modes in Fire Emblem…and I get this game is not those games, but my mental capacity is clearly in a different fucking zip code.
