I'm looking for someone who's Canadian or American (Canadian Preferred) who works from home, and has extra downtime. Someone who would like to take on tasks when they're free to do whatever.

I have these articles that I'd like help writing. It'll probably be 1 to 2 hours of work per article, but it's not bad. You'll just be the guy who takes the finished articles and makes requested changes. I'll most likely provide 3-5 per month, willing to pay $10 CAD via paypal each. These articles are specific to the mortgage market.

And of course, I'm not looking for someone to use AI to do this. I already use AI as a writing assistant for the research component. Need someone human.

Requirements:

• Must be from the US or Canada, with proof of address.

• Must be good at writing and editing.

• Must have discord as the main mode of communication and be willing to get on a voice call to discuss the details of the task.

• Must have OBS Studio downloaded (free screen recording software) to keep track of the work.
