Has to work on Windows and it would be great if it had a GUI
I remember using a CE plugin wayyy back (probably like 15 years ago) but it doesn't seem to exist anymore or at least I can't find it
Pay depends on whether you just find me an existing program or if you're gonna be making one yourself, do let me know your rates if it's the latter!
Bonus points if you're familiar with packet editing in MMOs and would be down to chat about strats lol
