Paid only if the issue gets resolved so please only bid if you’re experienced with PC components and builds and know your way around motherboard layouts, different PSU cables etc.

Not looking for generic advice that I could have googled / asked ChatGPT, I’m looking for step-by-step help where I’ll send you pics of whatever components you want me to so we we can rule out the potential cause one thing at a time.

I finished building the PC but the DRAM led stays red and there’s no display signal. I’ve already tried placing the RAM in different slots, only using 1 stick, reconnecting the PSU/mobo cables etc.

The mobo is z790 PG Lightning, the CPU is 13700k, the RAM is Corsair Vengeance 64GB (2x32) 6600Mhz (apparently not officially in the QVL, technically the mobo supports higher speeds so it could work if it doesn’t even after troubleshooting then I’ll try to buy different RAM to see if that helps).

Thank you!
