I do pet portraits and vehicles on 5x7" cardstock as well as 8x11" cardstock.
I am able to ship these original pieces within the US. I can offer digital formats for the international clients (depending on your location, I may be able to ship out the original as well).
My posts/comments history will show that I do send my artwork out (I have a flair on a certain giving subreddit of confirmed 5x7 custom artwork cards being received by others).
