Installment plans tickets

Hi looking for some help, my GF bought her tickets for Slam Dunk North through the installment plan. She has paid all of these off and has her confirmation email but the tickets aren't showing up anywhere. When she goes to make an account on the slam dunk website it says this email is already in use, but logging on to the see tickets website there are no orders to import. Has anybody else had this problem and do they have any idea what to do?
