Favorite skyscraper that never happened?

Multiple family members were architects. This is the architects rendering of a skyscraper in STL that never happened. It was ready to move forward in 1928, then that dang thing happened and it was scrapped! Such is life I suppose.

ONLY 2.6 billion? Kind of doubt that number for the amount of engineering that would be involved
