Skyrim VR makes my 1060 go ballistic.

Hey guys. Have noticed that since getting skyrim VR whenever i run the game my GPU's (ASUS gtx1060 6GB) fans go to max and stay at max until i restart the computer. Even if i leave the game and even when I try and manually adjust fan speed with GPU app is does not affect fan speed at all. Its like the game leave it stuck at 100%. anyone else had this issue?
