Is there a mod that lets you designate which hand a spell is equipped to when you hit its hotkey?

I've been having a good time with a current mage playthrough, but one thing that really takes the flow out of combat is equipping spells via hotkey. It seems like there is some sort of system already in place that "remembers" which hand you last had it equipped on, but it does not seem to work all the time. I'm wondering if there is a mod out there that lets us hotkey a spell to a specific hand, so that no matter what, when we hit that hotkey, that spell gets equipped on that specific hand.
