Two issues - Crash on Save and Buggy opening

Post Body

So I recently returned to Skyrim from a hiatus, and found two issues. One, loading some of my old saved (and modded) games was initially fine, but when I try to save the game immediately crashes and I'm returned to the desktop. Second, when I try to start a new game, the intro is incredibly buggy, with the carriage rolling and cartwheeling everywhere and the horses slowly taking bludgeoning damage. I don't have a huge number of mods but I will list them:

  1. BIG: Sneaking bonuses for what you wear ( a better improvements for gameplay mod)
  2. WAR: Specialized Weapons
  3. Warchief armor
  4. Become a bard
  5. Bandolier - bags & Pouches
  6. Improved sneak detection
  7. Heavy armory - new weapons: dawnguard
  8. Skyrim Spear V2
  9. Ordinator
  10. Heavy armory - New Weapons; Dragonborn
  11. Staves of Skyrim
  12. Wintermyst
  13. Throwing weapons reduc
  14. Drakul armor
  15. Digitigrade khajit argonian raptor feet
  16. Apocalypse magic

I did subscribe to a few more mods before resuming, but have since unsubscribed while trying to solve the issue. I think they were detailed cities, immersive saturation, bones and skeletons retexture, realistic lighting and colours, beast skeletons.

I'm not certain what's gone wrong, I had created three different moded characters with no issue before, not I'm not certain what's going wrong.
